Yoga asanas (postures) are a set of techniques originating in ancient India aimed at improving physical and mental wellbeing. Today it is practised worldwide for its wide range of benefits. Regular practice of yoga has been proven to improve health, increase strength and flexibility and reduce the symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety.
In this course, you will learn some basic yoga asanas that can be performed every day. This is a beginners course so there are no prerequisites and anyone is welcome to join.
