What we do

Foodbank Seva Project

Volunteers prepare and deliver hundreds of freshly cooked hot meals every week to support local food banks and those in need.

Serving Humanity

Yog Foundation's purpose goes way beyond Hindu faith and tradition. Serving and helping those in need or ‘seva’ is at the heart of our ethos.

Health & Wellbeing Seminars

We run seminars, workshops, and classes focused on improving physical and mental health for all members of the community.

Mindfulness & Meditation

Learn various meditation techniques on this online course including breathing methods and mantra & sound meditation.

Moral Values Classes for Children

Our children are our future. Moral Values Classes help develop these children into responsible, caring and compassionate human beings.
