Health and Wellbeing, whether that be mental or physical, is an important part of our life.

Our annual Health & Wellbeing Seminar has helped hundreds of people discover a way to a healthier and happier life. The event covers a range of relevant topics to our community including:

  • Health check-up: blood pressure, glucose levels and BMI
  • Practical Nutrition Workshop - with free lunch
  • Energising Mantra Therapy
  • Mindfulness & Meditation
  • The risk of diabetes and how to prevent and/or control it
  • Mental Health Awareness - addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress and dementia. 
  • Coping with uncertainty of Covid-19
